I have been meaning to do this for some time now, but one of my customers finally gave me the push to go ahead and do a tutorial for the Midnight Magic Eye Primer, as I feel there is definitely a learning curve to it. :) I hope you all find this helpful.
Sorry some of the pic's were taken in my bedroom where I do my make-up and others were taken in the kitchen where I take my pic's for fotd's so the coloring is off in some of them, but you still get the idea of how to do everything.

Okay, my face isn't bare. I have already put on my foundation and you can already start to see the oiliness coming through in the crease of my lids. : /
I decided to do the left eye in the pic with Stay The Day Eye Primer and the right with Midnight Magic, so you could see the difference.
Left eye: Stay The Day Primer all over lid, just finger blended. Tip: if you have hooded lids, which I do just before applying shadow just take your finger and run in over the crease to make sure primer hasn't pooled up.
Right eye: elf Mineral Primer all over and then just a dab of Midnight Magic on the outer third of lower lid. I don't know why, but when I use Midnight Magic I prefer to use a more matte-ish primer on the rest of the lid.

I then take a brush with a tapered head and blend inwards, so I start from the outer lid and blend towards my nose and then blend up into the crease.

This is the brush I use. I think anything with a tapered head will work well for this.

Now I am all primed up and ready for shadow. You can see in the pic the the left is kind of shiny because the Stay The Day has a slightly tacky finish, which is what the pigments stick to so well. The right eye looks more matte because the elf primer dries down to a satiny finish.

I have applied shadow to the lower lid. This is just to show you the subtle difference between the two primers. The left eye looks more pastel where the right eye looks a little deeper. I also think the darker base brings out the duochrome a lot more.

...And here is the final look. It is somewhat subtle in the pic, but the left eye looks much more pastel and the right eye the blue shift in Ice Princess pops more.
Is Midnight Magic an everyday primer? No, but it can give a whole new life to some or your eye shadows.
Some of my favorite colors to use with Midnight Magic are:
Exhale
B.F.F.
Harvest Moon
Ice Princess
Enchanted
Magnolia
